The Self-Lux™ Silicone Gloves feature a flexible, one-size-fits-most design with touchscreen-compatible thumbs for comfort and convenience. The Silicone Heel Socks include slip-resistant soles and a soft interior that supports overnight wear while locking in moisture.

  • In order to control quality and maintain the integrity of our recipes, each product is hand-poured in our facility. The ingredients used by Shea Moi are handpicked and the products are hand-made in small batches to ensure the highest quality results. Due to the meticulous nature of the products and their manufacturing process, they are non-refundable. Please review the ingredients carefully to avoid any potential allergies/sensitivities. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

     

    If your product was damaged during transit, please submit proof of damage via e-mail (shopsheamoi@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement.

     

  • We offer USPS Priority shipping.

     

    • Our ship days: Monday - Friday (Orders placed on Friday before 12PM EST will be shipped same day).

    • Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

    • Shipping and Billing information must be identical.

    • Please double check your delivery address. You must provide an address you know you will be during delivery. This includes missing apartment number.

    • You will receive order confirmation and/or tracking number/information once your order has been processed.

    • Every order receives tracking numbers.

    • Our business days: Monday - Friday (this does not include Weekends or Holidays.)

    • If you submitted an incorrect or insufficient address, your order will be shipped back to us. We will then contact you via email. Additional shipping invoice will be sent before reshipping your order. Once invoice is paid, we will proceed with reshipment.

     

    Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Delivery time once an item is shipped, is typically 2-5 business days. Of course, depending on your location. Due to the current delays with USPS, you may experience an extended wait time for your item to be delivered, which is beyond our control. 

     

    If you input incorrect information at checkout, please try your hardest to notify us via email within 24 hours.
