    To maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and ingredient integrity, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

    Please review all product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully prior to purchase to ensure compatibility with your skin and to avoid potential allergies or sensitivities.

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us  hello@shopsheamoi.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

  • We offer USPS Priority shipping.

     

    • Our ship days: Monday - Friday (Orders placed on Friday before 12PM EST will be shipped same day).

    • Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

    • Shipping and Billing information must be identical.

    • Please double check your delivery address. You must provide an address you know you will be during delivery. This includes missing apartment number.

    • You will receive order confirmation and/or tracking number/information once your order has been processed.

    • Every order receives tracking numbers.

    • Our business days: Monday - Friday (this does not include Weekends or Holidays.)

    • If you submitted an incorrect or insufficient address, your order will be shipped back to us. We will then contact you via email. Additional shipping invoice will be sent before reshipping your order. Once invoice is paid, we will proceed with reshipment.

     

    Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Delivery time once an item is shipped, is typically 2-5 business days. Of course, depending on your location. Due to the current delays with USPS, you may experience an extended wait time for your item to be delivered, which is beyond our control.
