****Please Note: Shake well before use! Natural particles of the soap will settle to the bottom if left to sit. If your foam pump bottle gets clogged up, it could be due to tiny particles that got caught on the small mesh screen within the foam pump head. If this happens, remove and rinse the pump to clear the clog.

You will receive order confirmation and/or tracking number/information once your order has been processed.

If you submitted an incorrect or insufficient address, your order will be shipped back to us. We will then contact you via email. Additional shipping invoice will be sent before reshipping your order. Once invoice is paid, we will proceed with reshipment.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Delivery time once an item is shipped, is typically 2-5 business days. Of course, depending on your location. Due to the current delays with USPS, you may experience an extended wait time for your item to be delivered, which is beyond our control.

In order to control quality and maintain the integrity of our recipes, each product is hand-poured in our facility. The ingredients used by Shea Moi are hand-picked and the products are hand-made in small batches to ensure the highest quality results. Due to the meticulous nature of the products and their manufacturing process, they are non-refundable. Please review the ingredients carefully to avoid any potential allergies/sensitivities. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If your product was damaged during transit, please submit proof of damage via e-mail (hello@shea-moi.com) within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement.
