Shea Moi products are formulated with nourishing, water-free ingredients designed to support dry skin. Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our products, but we always recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you are sensitive to essential oils.

Product sizes are listed on each individual product page. Most of our core products are available in full-size and travel-size options, while accessories such as gloves and socks are one size fits most.

Foaming pumps can occasionally become clogged during transit. If your pump isn’t dispensing properly, try rinsing the pump under warm water and gently pumping a few times to clear any blockage. If the issue continues, please reach out to us and we’ll help.

Shea Moi products are designed to be shared across households. For children under 13, we recommend adult supervision during use. Our foaming black soap is a true soap and is not tear-free, so care should be taken around the eye area.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days once shipped.
