In order to control quality and maintain the integrity of our recipes, each product is hand-poured in our facility. The ingredients used by SHEA MOI are handpicked and the products are hand-made in small batches to ensure their highest quality results. Due to the meticulous nature of the products and their manufacturing process, they are non-refundable. Please review the ingredients carefully to avoid any potential allergies/sensitivities. Soft skin is ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your product was damaged during transit, please submit proof of damage via e-mail (hello@shopsheamoi.com) within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement.

Yes! Our products are made specifically to address the issues of dry and sensitive skin types. Natural ingredients such as Shea Butter and African Black Soap boast loads of nutrients like Vitamins A & E to not only cleanse, but also nourish skin. We also go the extra step to fortify our products with additives like Apricot Oil and Calendula to make them even more nourishing to the skin. Soft skin is the goal.

One size fits most (shoe size 5.5-8.5) NOTE: Consult your doctor first, if you suffer from diabetes or poor circulation. Do not wear them on open wounds, broken or abraded skin. Do not wear them if you have skin conditions such as Psoriasis or Eczema.

Shake well before use! Our soap is made of all natural ingredients, which means that the natural particles of the soap will settle to the bottom if left to sit. If your foam pump bottle gets clogged up, it could be due to tiny particles that got caught on the small mesh screen within the foam pump head. If this happens, remove and rinse the pump to clear the clog.
